I am a well experienced clinical psychologist, passionate about helping people to feel their best.  No one is immune from mental health concerns.  I work with you to gain freedom from limiting mind-body patterns in a non-judgmental, compassionate space.  

    Applying evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), I assist people experiencing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, grief, and trauma.
